CAPACITY 2013: project preview #2

CAPACITY 2013 is right around the corner! Avril & I are getting ready to deliver our collabortive project, “Native Botanical Bowls,” to the Gladstone Hotel Art Bar tomorrow morning. Here’s another look at the set of bowls we produced — inspired by the wildly-talented pattern & product designer Vera Neumann. Bowls range in size from 7″H x 8″D at the smallest to the largest, amply-sized 11″H x 15″D bowl. How lovely would these look on a large reclaimed wood harvest table? Or, on a mid-century modern teak sideboard? I can’t wait to shoot some photos of these in a more stylish setting!

All the pieces are for sale and will be available for shipping/pick-up after the show has wrapped. All pieces are suitable for both functional (ie. they are foodsafe) or decorative use. If you’d like more information on our process, materials or pricing, please drop me a line at

Looking forward to seeing you all at the show!

Very nice! Looks like you’re working in decals now, looking very sleek.

Thanks Alexx! Yes — we finally ventured into the realm of digitally-printed decals. Dealing with the company that produced them was quite a battle, yet we’re super pleased with the results! Hope all is well with your creative projects! Are you doing Not Forkchops this year?
